I was fortunate to chose Sterling Works to build the second story on our home. After vetting four firms for our renovation it became quite clear after meeting them that we would be moving forward with Sterling Works. Throughout the seven-month process they were transparent and communicated with me weekly on the progress of the project. Like any large renovation, our old house presented unforeseen “surprises.” I cannot compliment Sterling Works enough on how they always worked with us to find the best and most cost effective solutions to all the issues our house presented throughout the entire renovation. They have great attention to detail and design, and this is reflected the quality of our home and is always pointed out by guests now that it is complete. Lastly, they have been extremely responsive to addressing little things that have crept up now the project is finished, this only points to their professionalism and the pride they put into their craft.
