"Every expectation met on 10+ week, major 3 bath renovation which included re-configuring a bedroom to install a new full bath, and all while my family lived in the house. Sterling was spot on with accurate cost estimation, a solid work contract, timely change orders, handling of structural surprises, and on time delivery of a project with great finish work. Very hard to find all that in one contractor. Will engage Sterling again on second phase of renovation."
