We remodeled our 1960s kitchen, moved our laundry room and added a half bath. The crew in my house every day were respectful and knowledgeable and Phil was around frequently to over see the process. When small things would arise Phil was quick to offer a reasonable (and money saving) solution. Phil's relationships with other vendors took the responsibility of communicating back and forth off of me and for that I am grateful.

Our new bathroom is a total transformation! Philip and his crew do high quality work, and even though we have an older house (circa 1940) they handled all the hidden issues old homes have within the budget. I was fortunate to chose Sterling Works to build the second story on our home. After vetting four firms for our renovation it became quite clear after meeting them that we would be moving forward with Sterling Works. After our first meeting with Sterling Works, we knew that we wanted them to be the builder for our home expansion project, as they took the time to study our plans and current structure and get familiar with our project at that early juncture even before we had formally named them as our contractor. As the project proceeded, their accessibility and personable nature helped to make the construction process run smoothly for all of us (during what is always a hectic and stressful period for a displaced homeowner).
Their crew’s workmanship and attention to detail became evident as our new addition took shape. But what has impressed me the most in hindsight was the adherence to the schedule we were promised at the beginning of the job. We were given an estimate of six month from the time that work began, and even with the expected frantic rush of the final two months of construction (and some unexpected weather delays) we were able to move into our home at the six month mark.
